With over 15 years of experience in Ethiopia’s tourism sector, I’ve had the privilege of guiding travelers through the country’s breathtaking landscapes, ancient heritage sites, and rich cultures. These experiences deeply inspired me to begin writing capturing not just the beauty of the places I’ve seen, but also the voices, stories, and perspectives often overlooked. My books aim to offer readers a more meaningful connection to Ethiopia  beyond what’s commonly seen or expected.

One of my recent works, Ethiopia Beyond the Obvious, invites readers on an insightful journey through the heart of the country, exploring its hidden stories, vibrant communities, and lived realities. Another title, When Heaven Speaks Softly, is a reflective piece that brings spiritual and emotional depth into everyday moments, encouraging a sense of inner peace and hope.

My book 10 Days in the Omo Valley offers a detailed, day-by-day travel experience through one of Ethiopia’s most culturally rich regions  a perfect blend of education and adventure. Alongside this, I’ve also written children’s books, including Bible-based stories like Jonah, fun and creative coloring books such as Dragons and Unicorns for Children and Dinosaur Coloring Book for Kids, as well as themed journals. In the future, I look forward to releasing even more books both children’s and nonfiction  that share deeper insights, cultural values, and personal reflections for readers around the world.

"Thank you for being here. Each book I write is a piece of my journey, and I hope it becomes part of yours too. May these stories inspire, uplift, and spark curiosity." Eyerusalem Mulugeta
